Authorization for Credit Data Verification

Why is this authorization required?

Before Banka Jet Sh.A. makes a decision regarding my loan application, the Bank must assess whether the loan is affordable for me. This is a legal and regulatory obligation that helps prevent over-indebtedness and supports the establishment of a sustainable lending relationship.

What do I authorize?

I authorize Banka Jet Sh.A., for the purposes of application review, assessment of repayment capacity, and risk management, to obtain, verify, and process my data through the state platform e-Albania.

What data may be verified?

The Bank may obtain and verify data necessary for my identification and for the assessment of my repayment capacity, including:

Identification Data

• First name and surname
• Personal identification number (NID)
• Date of birth and citizenship
• Residential address

Financial, Tax, and Social Insurance Data

• Income and income sources, such as salary, pension, or income from economic activity
• History of social and health insurance contributions
• Tax status and tax obligations

What will this data be used for?

This data will be used exclusively for:

• Reviewing my loan application
• Assessing my repayment capacity
• Carrying out the necessary legal and regulatory verifications
• Administering and monitoring credit risk

How will my data be protected?

Banka Jet Sh.A. will process the data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and proportionally.

The Bank will implement the necessary technical, organizational, and security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and controlled access to such data, as well as to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, loss, or disclosure.

Is this authorization necessary for my application?

Yes. Obtaining and verifying this data is necessary for the review of my loan application.

If this authorization is not granted, or if the required data cannot be verified, the Bank may not be able to proceed with the assessment of my application.

What do I confirm?

I confirm that I have read, understood, and freely, fully, and knowingly accepted this authorization, including:

• The purpose of the verification
• The categories of data that may be obtained
• The manner in which such data will be processed by Banka Jet Sh.A.
