1. How can I add money to my Jet Bank account?

You can add money to your Jet Bank account by making a bank transfer from another bank. The transfer must come through the banking system using your Jet Bank IBAN.

2. Which currencies are available for a Current Account?

You can hold current accounts in Albanian Lek (ALL) and Euro (EUR). During onboarding, you can choose either an ALL or EUR account. Additional currency accounts may be addedafter onboarding, depending on the availableoptions.

3. How do I receive money from other people?

Share your Jet Bank IBAN with whoever is sending you money. They transfer it through their bank as a standard bank transfer. Incoming funds are subject to standard banking checks and processing times.

4. Where can I see my transactions?

Your full account activity (balance, incoming funds, outgoing transfers, and transaction history) is available directly in the Jet Bank app. Account statements are also accessible through the app.

5. Can I open an account at Jet Bank with a foreign passport?

You can open an account if you are an Albanian citizen or a foreign national from one of the countries included in the list, provided that your phone number can receive the one-time verification code via SMS.

6. What do you need to know about the Jet Current Account?

Eligible deposits held with Jet Bank are protected by the Albanian Deposit Insurance Agency up to Albanian Lek (ALL) 2,500,000 per depositor, in accordance with applicable regulations.
