• In the loan details before submitting the application.
• During the application process, based on the data and selections I personally entered during the process.

What does the pre-contractual information include?

This information has been made available to me in a clear, understandable, and sufficient manner and includes the main terms of the loan product, such as:

• The type of loan
• The total loan amount
• The currency and tenor
• The interest rate
• The effective interest rate
• Costs and fees
• The repayment plan
• Late payment interest and penalties
• The right to withdraw from the agreement
• The right to early repayment
• Any other applicable elements in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework

What do I confirm?

I confirm that I have had the opportunity to read, understand, and freely, fully, and knowingly accept the pre-contractual information before proceeding with the application and before signing the loan agreement.

Does this mean that the loan has been approved?

No. I understand and accept that providing this confirmation does not constitute automatic loan approval by the Bank and does not create any obligation for Banka Jet Sh.A. to enter into a loan agreement.

Will this confirmation be stored?

Yes. I accept that this digital confirmation, together with the pre-contractual information displayed before and during the application process, will be stored by Banka Jet Sh.A. in accordance with applicable legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and the Bank's internal procedures.
