Common questions about opening your Jet Bank account digitally.
Digital onboarding is the process that lets you apply for a Jet Bank account entirely from your phone. You complete everything inside the app, including your personal details, product selection, identity verification, required declarations, terms acceptance and electronic signing. The full process is digital and does not require a branch visit for standard applications.
Your identity is verified digitally through Jumio. You may be asked to scan or photograph your identification document and complete a liveness or face verification check. This step confirms that the person applying is the same person as the holder of the document provided.
Once identity verification and electronic signing are complete, the Bank reviews and processes your application. If all checks are completed successfully and the application is approved, your account is opened and you move on to credential creation and access setup. If additional information is needed, the Bank may reach out before giving final approval
Yes. Depending on where you stopped, the process may allow you to save your progress and continue from a resume link. If you restart from the app, some steps may need to be repeated for security and verification reasons.
If the error is in information that can still be edited, you may be able to correct it before submitting. If the application has already been submitted, the Bank may need to review it or request additional verification before any correction can be made. It is always worth taking a moment to check your details carefully before confirming and signing.
