These numbers are used exclusively by Jet Bank's Customer Center to contact customers located outside Albania. Jet Bank has no offices, branches or physical presence in, and does not carry out banking activity in, the US, the UK or any other jurisdiction outside Albania.
Jet Bank will never ask you by phone for your PIN, password, OTP code or full card details. If a call seems suspicious, hang up and contact us on our official number, on WhatsApp or through the app.
