She continues to contribute to the strategic direction and oversight of leading financial institutions, drawing on her deep expertise in governance and complex organizational management.
Robert Ryan Rudolph is a Swiss attorney with extensive experience in corporate legal advisory, cross-border structures, governance, and board-level oversight. He has served as a non-executive board member in listed and regulated institutions, focusing on governance, compliance, AML, and risk management.
Philippe Meyer is a Swiss attorney with long-standing experience in corporate and commercial legal advisory, focusing on the financial sector, international structuring, transactions, and corporate governance.
