What you are agreeing to

By agreeing, you provide your explicit, freely given, specific and informed consent for Jet Bank to collect, store and process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. This includes receiving marketing communications, information and notifications regarding promotional offers, products and services offered by Jet Bank.

Your consent also includes the use of technologies and SDKs integrated into the app for measuring installations, campaign attribution, analyzing approved in-app events, and evaluating the performance of marketing activities.

For these purposes, Firebase Installation ID, AppsFlyer ID, IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android, Push Registration ID, IP address, technical device data, data on app installation and usage may be processed. This processing begins only after you have given your consent.

You also acknowledge and agree that the Bank may send transactional SMS messages containing one-time passwords (OTPs) to your registered mobile number, as required for registration in the application and/or first-time login.

How we may contact you

You acknowledge and agree that Jet Bank may contact you for marketing purposes using the contact details you have provided.

We may contact you through:

• SMS;
• phone calls;
• email;
• mobile applications; and
• other appropriate electronic communication channels.

Personalized offers

You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with personalized offers and tailor products and services to your economic and financial needs, Jet Bank may analyze:

• your personal data;
• your transactional data; and
• your usage patterns and preferences,

Usage patterns and preferences may also include approved in-app events. Data regarding the customer's accounts, cards, transactions, balance, income, or financial status are not transmitted to SDKs or advertising platforms for tracking and marketing measurement purposes.

Sharing your data

Jet Bank may engage specialized third-party service providers to process your personal data for marketing purposes, in compliance with applicable law and appropriate security and confidentiality standards.

Relevant providers may include Google/Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Infobip, as well as advertising platforms such as Google or Meta, when the respective integration is activated. These providers receive only the data necessary for the purposes described above and are subject to appropriate legal, contractual, confidentiality, and security obligations.

Your personal data may also be shared with members and partners of the Jet Bank Group, within or outside the Republic of Albania, including affiliated entities, for marketing purposes and to provide information about related products and services.

Transparency

You may consult Jet Bank’s Personal Data Protection Policy at any time for detailed information about:

• the categories of personal data processed;
• the purposes and legal bases for processing;
• data retention periods;
• your rights as a data subject; and
• the security measures applied.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without providing a reason, by contacting Jet Bank through its official communication channels.

Effect of withdrawal

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
