How We Use Data from State Registers

Important information about data retrieval from Governmental State Registers

Electronic access to and retrieval of information from Governmental State Registers are not currently available to Jet Bank.

To continue your loan application, you are required to confirm that you have read and understood this notice. This confirmation does not constitute consent for Jet Bank to access or retrieve your personal data from Governmental State Registers. Jet Bank does not currently access or retrieve any information in connection with your loan application.

At this stage, Jet Bank processes only:

- the information you provide directly as part of your loan application;

- the information and documents already collected during your identification and verification process with Jet Bank; and

- other information that Jet Bank is legally required or permitted to obtain or process for customer due diligence, creditworthiness assessment, fraud prevention, risk management and regulatory compliance purposes.

Customer identification and verification are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, including Law No. 9917/2008, as amended, and Bank of Albania Regulation No. 44/2009, as amended.

Once the connection with Governmental State Registers becomes available, Jet Bank will update this notice before accessing or retrieving any information through that functionality. The updated notice will clearly explain the categories of data that may be retrieved, the relevant purposes and legal basis, the retention period and the rights available to you. Where processing is based on consent, Jet Bank will request your separate, specific and freely given consent before retrieving any information.

Jet Bank processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection” and the applicable principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.
