If you enter into a credit relationship with Jet Bank Sh.A., your data in the Credit Registry may be checked throughout the duration of that relationship for:

• monitoring your credit exposure;
• administering the loan and managing risk;
• periodically assessing your repayment capacity;

Your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection, banking secrecy and professional confidentiality.
