Consent for Data Verification in the Credit Registry

Why is this consent required?

In order to assess my loan application and financing eligibility, Banka Jet Sh.A. must analyze my financial situation and verify data related to my credit exposure.

What do I declare?

I declare that all information provided during this application is true, accurate, and complete.

What data may be processed?

The Bank may process my personal, demographic, and financial data, including information available in the Credit Registry of the Bank of Albania.

What will this data be used for?

For a period of 12 months from the date this consent is given, I authorize Banka Jet Sh.A. to:

• Analyze my financial situation for the purpose of evaluating my loan application or offering financing opportunities.
• Consult my data in the Credit Registry in order to determine my level of exposure to the banking and financial system.
• Assess any guarantees provided, where applicable, as well as my capacity to repay financial obligations.

What happens if the loan is approved and a credit relationship is established?

If a credit relationship is established with Banka Jet Sh.A., I understand and accept that the Bank may perform searches and verifications in the Credit Registry throughout the duration of this relationship.

These verifications may be carried out for:

• Monitoring credit exposure.
• Risk management purposes.
• Periodic assessment of the quality of the loan portfolio.

All such activities will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

How is my data protected?

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection, banking secrecy, and professional confidentiality.

Banka Jet Sh.A. implements the necessary technical and organizational measures for the secure storage and processing of personal and financial data.

What are my rights?

I have been informed that I have the right to request access to my personal data held by Banka Jet Sh.A., as well as to request correction of such data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
