Daily cut-off time

1. Transactions up to 10,000,000 ALL (AECH) initiated after 13:45 are processed on the next working day.
2. Transactions above 10,000,000 ALL (AIPS ALL) initiated after 15:00 are processed on the next working day.
3. EUR domestic transactions (AIPS) initiated after 15:15 are processed on the next working day.
4. SEPA Instant transfers are processed within ≤10 seconds, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
5. SEPA Standard transfers submitted before 13:00 are processed on the same day. Transfers initiated after this cut-off are processed on the next working day.
6. SWIFT EUR transfers submitted before 16:00 are processed on the same working day. Transfers initiated after this cut-off are processed on the next working day.

Fair Usage

The Bank reserves the right to apply standard fees or limit the benefit in cases where usage exceeds the operational limits defined in the Price List or Terms and Conditions, including:

1. Transaction volume or frequency exceeding the thresholds defined for normal use;
2. Use for processing payments on behalf of third parties or activities resembling money transfer services;
3. Artificial or circular transaction structures with no clear economic purpose.

For any application of fees resulting from exceeding these limits, the Client will be notified in advance in accordance with applicable legislation.
